This watercourse restoration started life as your run-of-the-mill treeless, weed infested earthen drainage channel, which bisected the townhouse layout proposed for the site.

Our developer client recognized its potential as a valuable landscape feature of the development, and we jumped at the opportunity to prepare detailed documentation for the watercourse reconstruction and the townhouse site landscape, as well as a 36-page Maintenance Handbook which outlined design objectives, projected growth scenarios and detailed requirements for short and long-term maintenance for each landscape element.
