This was an extremely tricky site: very steep, very narrow, and complicated by an existing sewer easement. It was a veritable trap for the unwary, and certainly a real DIY challenge! Fortunately however, our detail-oriented client recognized the need for a detail-oriented design response, and we were happy to respond with detail-oriented documentation to guide him on his way.
