River Breeze Estate – Bray’s Farm Parkland | Griffin

In the competitive world of planned residential communities, we were privileged to assist our developer-client realize his vision for an eye-catching playspace as a “point of difference” with other new communities in the region.

The playspace is set within a master-planned area of parkland fringed by remnant vegetation, and pays homage to the site’s heritage as a major tomato producing farm of the region. The “Farmhouse” element of the playspace is adorned with local wildlife replicas, with a particular focus on the Ospreys which are known to frequent the area. Additional landscape enhancements include bespoke park shelters designed by our practice, as well as supplementary plantings to create a resilient and sustainable landscape setting for the playspace elements.
